MICHAEL GIBIAN

Hey there, for over 35 years, I've been on a journey to rediscover that inner peace we all crave. You know, the one that keeps slipping through our fingers amidst life's chaos? Yeah, that's the one.

If you’re here, chances are you’ve been holding it all together for a long time—

leading, caring, performing, building, surviving. But something in you is asking for more clarity, more space, more meaning... and maybe fewer inner arguments at 3am.

That’s where I come in.

I help thoughtful, high-functioning people stop white-knuckling their way through life and start leading with Self energy—that calm, clear, confident inner state you may have glimpsed, but rarely trust as your home base.

Whether you’re navigating a personal turning point, a relationship that keeps looping, or the deeper ache of “Is this all there is?”—our work helps you listen beneath the noise, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and lead from a place that actually feels like you.

Why I do this work

My journey into mindfulness wasn’t born from curiosity. It came from loss.

When I was a kid, my sister died. Nothing prepares you for that kind of grief. The adults didn’t have the tools. I didn’t have the language. What I had was silence—and eventually, a lifelong hunger to understand the inner landscape most people try to outrun.

That search brought me to some of the world’s great teachers:

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, who taught me how to breathe again (literally and spiritually)

Thich Nhat Hanh, who softened my grief with presence

S.N. Goenka, whose Vipassana training rewired my relationship to pain

Jack Kornfield, who reminded me that compassion is strength

Ron Kurtz, who taught me to trust what the body knows before the mind catches up

But truthfully? The most humbling, honest teachers have been my own life—divorce, loss, rebuilding—and the clients who show up with courage, vulnerability, and a good sense of humor about being human.

What it's like to work with me

You won’t get a one-size-fits-all “just breathe and journal” program here. Our work is responsive, embodied, and rooted in evidence-based approaches like:

Internal Family Systems (IFS): Learn to recognize the protective parts running your internal show—and meet the deeper wounds they protect, with compassion.

Somatic Practice: Come back to your body as a source of safety, insight, and choice. Not just theory. Lived, felt experience.

Mindfulness & Emotional Intelligence: Build real-time awareness and skillful response to life as it happens. Not later. Now.

Gentle Humor + Fierce Honesty: Because healing without humor gets heavy—and humor without honesty is just deflection.

Our work helps you access more of the good stuff:
💫 Self-connection that doesn't dissolve under stress
💫 Boundaries that feel both kind and clear
💫 Leadership rooted in authenticity, not performance
💫 Relationships that are resilient—not just polite
💫 A nervous system that doesn’t constantly feel under siege

You don’t have to keep doing this the hard way.

And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

If you’re ready for support that’s both deep and doable, structured yet human, I’m here for that. I’ll meet you with skill, presence, and a genuine curiosity about what’s possible when you stop fixing and start listening.

Let’s find your way home to yourself.
